I spent over 6 months in Cairo, living in the City of the Dead. I was collaborating with Liveinslums NGO on a micro-gardening project together with Milan Polytechnic, Cairo University and The Municipality of Milan. During this time I was following around 15 families, every day.     This project attemp to show how families manage to live in a extraordinary place that is a cemetery, transforming it in a normal city full of life.
